The Japanese word "teppanyaki," where teppan, meaning "steel grill" and yaki, meaning "broiled," is the style in which talented trained chefs prepare food in front of you. The "hibachi" style is an Americanized term for Teppanyaki style, which offers guests a new approach to cooking that will leave you entertained.
